Position: Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner
Location: Bronx, New York
Schedule: Full-Time

A large, well-established multispecialty group with locations throughout the Greater NYC area is seeking a board eligible or board certified Nurse Practitioner to join its Bronx urgent care team. This permanent role is being added due to growth and offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have post‑training experience in emergency medicine or urgent care and be comfortable seeing patients of all ages. Providers will perform a variety of urgent care procedures and work in a collaborative setting with strong clinical support.

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages
• Perform common urgent care procedures (e.g., suturing, splinting, I&Ds)
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
• Work collaboratively with physicians, other APPs, and support staff to ensure high‑quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Deliver patient education regarding treatment, follow‑up, and preventive care

• Active/Eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Board eligible or board certified Nurse Practitioner
• Post‑training urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Ability to see all ages
• Strong procedural skills for urgent care setting
• Spanish language proficiency a plus, not required
