Available Shifts & Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: $40.00 - $43.00/hr
• Evening & Night

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or facility leadership
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and care plans
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Accurately chart all care and interventions using EMR tools
• Foster a compassionate environment that supports both residents and families

What You Bring:

• Current NYS LPN license
• 2-3 years of LPN experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply for select placements)
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and facility protocols
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for patient care

• Upper Manhattan
• Additional NYC Metro placements available based on your preferences
