We are seeking an RN Nurse Manager to join our Adult & Pediatric Nursing team in Elmsford, NY
. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN with strong clinical skills and a heart for mentoring others who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

In this role, you’ll guide and support our nursing team while ensuring families receive the highest level of care. Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to:

• Lead & Support
• Supervise and mentor RN Designees, RNs, LPNs, and home health staff
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies

• Ensure Quality Care
• Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Utilize the support of the RN Designee visit team to facilitate and/or conduct supervisory visits to ensure care is safe, effective, and family-centered

• Collaborate & Communicate
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, schools, and families
• Partner with our intake and scheduling teams for smooth transitions of care

• Grow the Team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing new nursing staff
• Promote best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education

• RN license in NY (required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience (home care or pediatrics a plus)
• Trach/vent experience- or a strong interest in learning
• A natural leader who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits with flexibility to do virtual visits after 6 (six) months of employment
• Able to travel to Westchester, Orange, and Rockland County

Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for a skilled RN ready to step into management.

Salary- Starting at $110,000 / year plus a $5,000 bonus!
