• RN manages the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• RN monitors and manages immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• RN provides first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• RN develops and implements emergency response plans and drills.
• RN maintains accurate and confidential health records.
• RN communicates with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.
• RN has the ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• RN may need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
