• Seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated healthcare team in New York, NY.
• This full-time position involves providing primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• The role requires collaboration with specialists and the use of electronic health records to enhance patient outcomes.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Diploma from an accredited NP or FNP program with a Master's degree in a health-related field.
• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP).
• Valid New York Medical License.
• Preferred clinical experience post NP or FNP certification.
• Experience with Article 28 and PCMH preferred.
