• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) – Basic Life Support
• Strong clinical communication, conflict resolution, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Provide direct patient and family-centered care within the full scope of ER RN practice
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized care programs for emergency patients
• Collect observation data, plan, implement, and assess patient care in the Emergency Department
• Coordinate patient movement and staff assignments as Charge Nurse when required
• Receive pre-arrival reports from EMS and coordinate triage for walk-in arrivals
• Collaborate with House Supervisor and interdisciplinary healthcare team for patient throughput and bed assignments
• Work closely with ward clerks, provider staff, ED techs, RNs, and crisis evaluators
• Support mental health evaluations and deliver care in psych-safe treatment rooms
