Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; Long Term Care

LVN – LTC

Schedule:

5 days per week, evening shifts, 8-hour shifts. Weekend work required every other weekend based on facility request.

Assignment Details:
Contract length typically in weeks. Position requires flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements:

• Active New York State License (no license hits allowed)
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must pass medication administration test and clinical observation
• Strong attendance and punctuality required

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units
