Always Compassionate Health is seeking a per-diem Infusion Homecare RN to cover Orange County, NY cases. You will conduct patient visits to initiate infusion care, perform follow-ups, and precept other nurses as requested.
The Home Infusion Nurse partners with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure smooth initiation of care in patients' homes. The role requires at least 3 years of home infusion RN experience, IV/SQIG and biologic infusion skills, and an active NYS RN license.
