Amerita, a Bright Spring Health affiliate, is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to care for specialty infusion patients 1:1 in their homes on weekends with an on-call rotation in Staten Island, NY. You will assess patients, establish and implement the Plan of Care, and collaborate with pharmacy staff and providers to ensure safe, effective therapies.
Qualified candidates have a BSN preferred, a valid NY RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, infusion/home health experience
