An elegant skilled nursing,facility located in Nanuet, NY is currently seeking a strong RN Unit Manager to join their team!!
* SALARY-$90K to $105K per year (Depends on Experience)*
* Responsibilities of RN Unit Manager-Nursing Home:*
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
* Qualifications of RN Unit Manager-Nursing Home:*
- Must have current NY RN license
- Must have prior experience as a Nurse Manager or Supervisor
- Contain experience in Long Term Care
- Possess managerial experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
