Pay Rate:Local: $38/hour
Travel: $44/hour
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contract assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Montour Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and supporting the overall well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Accurately maintain medical records and documentation
- Respond promptly to emergencies or changes in resident conditions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
- Participate in shift reports and care planning meetings
Required:
Active LPN License in New York State
BLS Certification (AHA)
