• Serve as a key clinical leader and support the DON
• Step in and oversee nursing operations in the DON's absence
• Serve as a Nurse Educator and support ongoing staff development
• Stable, long-term employment history strongly preferred

• Active NY RN License
• BSN required
• Previous ADON experience required
• Previous Nurse Educator experience required
• Strong nursing leadership and clinical management experience
• Demonstrated ability to assume DON responsibilities when needed
• Stable employment history with several years of continuous experience in a single facility preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Positive, professional personality and ability to build strong relationships with staff
