Registered Nurse RN Assistant DON​/Nurse Supervisor

• Active NY RN License

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience required

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience required

• Med/Surg experience required

• NYS RN license and registration must be verified through NYSED

• Strong experience in patient care and employee performance management

• Ability to monitor unit performance and assist with corrective actions

• Experience with medication error documentation and counseling

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills

• Master's degree in Nursing preferred
