Medical Director About Keta Medical Center Keta Medical Center is a growing ketamine therapy organization with multiple locations throughout New York and New Jersey. Our mission is to provide safe, evidence-based ketamine treatments for patients suffering from depression, PTSD, and other treatment-resistant conditions.

Position Overview Keta Medical Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide organization-wide leadership and oversight of nursing services across our growing network of clinics.

The Director of Nursing will establish and maintain consistent standards of nursing practice, patient safety, staffing, clinical quality, education, and nursing operations across all locations. The Director is accountable for the effectiveness, consistency, and continued development of nursing operations throughout the organization.

This is a fully in-person, hands-on leadership role. The Director of Nursing is expected to become fully familiar with Keta Medical Center's clinical operations and workflows, including working clinical shifts as needed in order to effectively supervise and support the nursing team.

This position works closely with the Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director and leadership team to support clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and continued organizational growth.

Keta Medical Center locations operate extended hours, including evenings and weekends. The Director's schedule must provide flexibility to support nursing operations across locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for nursing services across all Keta locations.

Establish and maintain nursing standards, policies, procedures, and clinical protocols in collaboration with the Medical Director.

Manage nursing staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.

Develop and maintain nursing performance management processes, including coaching, corrective action, performance improvement, and staff development.

Lead nursing education, orientation, competency assessment, and professional development.

Oversee nursing quality assurance, patient safety, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.

Regularly assess nursing operations, staffing needs, staff performance, and clinical standards across locations.

Manage routine nursing operational and personnel matters, escalating significant issues to the Medical Director and appropriate leadership as needed.

Provide direct clinical coverage when nursing staff are unavailable and work periodic clinical shifts to maintain familiarity with Keta Medical Center's workflows, standards, and patient care environment.

Develop nursing systems and processes to support Keta Medical Center's continued growth.

Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master's degree preferred.

Active, unrestricted RN license in New York or New Jersey, with the ability and willingness to obtain licensure in both states.
8+ years of progressive nursing experience, including significant formal nursing leadership or management experience.

Previous experience as a Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Leader, or comparable formal nursing leadership role.

Demonstrated experience managing nursing staff, performance, staffing, clinical standards, quality, and patient safety.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Keta Medical Center locations.qw
