Create individualized care plans for patients under your supervision and care.
Monitor and chart vital signs, weight, and height.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge
Assist physician with exams and/or urologic procedures
Sterilize surgical instruments
Prepare and administer injections
Provide supportive resources to the patient and the families to promote a positive outlook.
Teach patients and the families regarding treatment expectations.
Watch and record the patient’s progress on a constant basis
Chart the patient’s response to treatment and medication.
Complete MAR after treatment.
Provide the patient with discharge instructions that are specific to the patient as well as emergency numbers after care.
We require:
Valid New York State RN License Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with an EMR (preferred)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer, standing, bending and reaching
Frequent exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens, and patient bodily fluids.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds iable transportation to travel to NYH locations for patient care needs
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Starting at $58 per hour based on experience
