• Active NY RN License
• Current BLS certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
• Med Surg experience required
• Strong leadership, patient care, performance monitoring, and documentation skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and alternating weekends
