Americare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Assisted Living Facility in New York. This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.
Required:
NYS LPN license; CHHA or home care experience preferred. Strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent verbal and written communication.
