Registered Nurse (RN) – Lead Position Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility | Westchester County, NY
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually
Responsibilities include:- Provide day-to-day oversight of LPN and home health aide staff.
- Ensure resident care is delivered appropriately and continuity of care is maintained.
- Perform audits as directed.
- Complete initial and annual assessments, as needed.
- Attend regular meetings with the Director of Patient Services (DPS).
- Keep the DPS and Director of Compliance informed of resident care needs and relevant updates.
- Full-time, salaried position: 40 hours per week.
- No weekends, on-call responsibilities, direct patient care, mandatory overtime, or travel.

- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license.
