As a valued member of the Heart & Vascular team, you will play a critical role in the management of patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions, working collaboratively with cardiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary specialists to deliver outstanding, patient-centered care. Whether managing heart failure, arrhythmias, ischemic heart disease, or post‑procedural cardiac patients, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes every day.

This PRN position offers 12‑hour shifts with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month, providing flexibility while maintaining consistent engagement with a high‑performing clinical team. • Advanced Practice Provider:
  Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board certified and licensed (or eligible) in South Carolina
• Experience in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, or critical care preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment
• Strong procedural, clinical, and communication skills

• Provide PRN clinical support across inpatient cardiology and procedural settings.
• Assist with the evaluation and management of a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary, heart failure, electrophysiology, and structural heart populations.
• Participate in pre‑procedural assessments, inpatient management, peri‑procedural care, and post‑procedural follow‑up as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
