Ambulatory LPN: Impactful Care

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Ambulatory Care and the Advanced LPN role. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of the RN, NP, PA, or physician as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Home visit may be required and you will help orient new staff. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, data collection, interpretation of health data, and documentation of interventions with quality controls.
