Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Nurse for a travel assignment in Vestal, NY. This role primarily involves working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients in a state-run long-term care facility. With a consistent shift schedule, every other weekend is required, providing a structured working environment.

Key responsibilities of the Long-Term Care Nurse include:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units

Requirements of the Long-Term Care Nurse include:

• Active NY State License
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Must pass a medication administration test and clinical observation
