Rise Boro Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive inpatient/outpatient home care in the Brooklyn area. The RN will coordinate resources, perform assessments, plan and deliver nursing care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
