Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; Long Term Care

LVN / LPN – LTC

Night 3x12-Hour shifts.

Start dates are every 2 weeks due to orientation schedule.

Active NY State License (must provide proof at submission).

Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.

Certification in BLS required.

Must pass medication administration test and clinical observation.

Strong attendance and punctuality required.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Perform medication passes accurately and safely.

Monitor and report changes in resident condition.

Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies.

Supervise CNAs on assigned units.

RTO only approved at time of submission. Call-outs must be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours prior. Weekend coverage required every other weekend upon center request.
