Schedule

3x12-Hour Night Shifts (18:45 - 07:15) with every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Start dates are every 2 weeks due to orientation schedule. Compliance takes 1.5-2 weeks.

Requirements

• Active New York State License - No license hits allowed.
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS required.
• Ability to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation.
• Strong attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units.
