The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Medication Nurse provides essential nursing support by safely administering medications, monitoring residents' health, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation in a senior living environment.

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders while adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real-time
• Monitor symptoms and respond to adverse reactions or medication refusals
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
