LVN​/LPN – Primary Care Clinic, NY

Crossover Health in New York, NY is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LPN) to join our clinic Tuesday through Friday, 8am–5pm. You will deliver patient care under RN supervision, coordinate with specialists, assist with check-ins, and help ensure a seamless patient and member experience within our patient-centered home.

You’ll perform phlebotomy and immunization services, support benefit explanations for self-insured employers, and help patients navigate copays and co-insurance.
