Mandarin-Speaking Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics
LocationBrooklyn & Staten Island, NY
Position TypeFull-Time / Part-Time / Contract
SettingOutpatient Pediatrics
ScheduleMonday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:30 PM, including one weekend day
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic conditions.
- Provide comprehensive care to pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Prescribe medications and appropriate treatments within scope of practice.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide age-appropriate patient and family education.
- Address both physical and behavioral health needs as appropriate.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner certification/licensure.
- Board eligible or board qualified.
- FNP, PNP, DNP, or PMHNP background.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin - required.
- Cantonese language skills are preferred.
- Pediatric or adolescent healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
