Description Licensed Practical Nurse:Work closely with RNs and physicians to deliver patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with medical procedures, and provide patient education. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in nursing.

Job Requirements:- Active NY LPN License
- Minimum 6 months of practical nursing experience (LTC/SNF)
- BLS Certificate
- IV Certificate
- Full Time/Part Time Availability (Every Other Weekend Required)
Health insurance available for qualifying shifts.
Onboarding Requirements:- Current Pre-employment Physical
- Current PPD/QuantiFERON
- Copy of License
- 2 professional references
