• Carry out patient care responsibilities with emphasis on the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to formulate and implement a patient‑centered plan of care.
• Collect, assess, and document patient healthcare data.
• Involve patient/family and interdisciplinary team to identify a realistic and measurable plan of care.
• Prioritize care based on collected data.
• Document assessment and reassessment in medical records.
• Implement interventions in a safe, timely, and appropriate manner.
• Educate the patient/family regarding health status and established plan of care.
• Evaluate the patient's progress towards expected outcomes.
• Participate in unit activities to provide patient care in a healing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required

• Relevant experience preferred

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
