- 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
- 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
- Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).
- Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
- Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Experience:
Experience with Pediatric Fresh Open Hearts with congenital heart surgery experience - Pediatric Open Heart Experience with: PAP/CVP/IABP/ECMO/CVVD or CRRT/Chest tubes/Alines

Experience:
Min of 5 years Peds CVICU experience but will consider less - Unit / Facility Details:
Patient Ratio: 1/1 for first 24 hours, then 1/2 if stable - Special Requests:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. - Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
- 1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years
- Proof of identification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
