Location: Village of Penn Yan
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Penn Yan, NY
Bring compassionate care and clinical expertise to a team that values patient-centered support. We’re seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care in a long-term care setting in Penn Yan, NY.
Schedule:Part-Time | 24 Hours
Night Shift (2x8s / 3x8s rotation)
Every other weekend and holiday required
What You’ll Do:- Provide direct nursing care and support to adult and geriatric residents
- Assist with medications, treatments, ADLs, and resident monitoring
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment
- Active NY LPN License required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI specifically) required
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required
- Ability to begin orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
