American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular OR position requiring prior open heart/cardiothoracic experience and an active NY RN license.
Requirements- Active New York State RN license in good standing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Previous Open Heart/Cardiothoracic experience required
- Associate, Baccalaureate (preferred), Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- ANA-endorsed or AMSN certification preferred based on specialty hours
- COVID vaccine required with no declination form accepted
- Acute care setting in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
- Night shift schedule, 7:00p-7:00a
- 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses EPIC EMR
- Provide perioperative nursing care within the Cardiovascular OR
- RTO must be submitted with application for consideration
