Job SummaryWe are seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to join our team in providing psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. With a focus on work-life balance and predictable, steady caseloads, our part-time and full-time positions offer flexibility and autonomy.
Responsibilities- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff)
- Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders
- Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases
