Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily activities
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support nursing staff with care tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Current New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
