What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong leadership abilities, and excellent supervisory skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive Administrator and Regional Team committed to your success.
Qualifications- Current RN license required (successful completion of State Board Examination)
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and instruct staff
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, methods, and tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
