As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who provide high-quality care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility is conveniently located near local hospitals, offering immediate access to specialists and emergency care when needed.
About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Role:
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of New York
- Prior experience preferred, new graduates welcome!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
