Excel Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide per diem nursing coverage within the Greece Central School District
.

This is an as-needed position providing coverage when regular nursing staff are out due to vacations, sick days, personal days, leaves or other staffing needs
.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who wants to pick up occasional daytime shifts without committing to a traditional full-time schedule.

• Weekday/daytime hours
• No traditional evening or overnight shifts

• School-based nursing experience
• Work with students in a supportive educational environment
• Local assignment in Greece, NY
• Hands-on support from Excel Staffing Solutions

• Providing basic nursing care to students
• Medication administration
• First aid and responding to student health concerns
• Monitoring students with known medical needs
• Following student care plans and physician orders
• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
• Communicating appropriately with school staff, parents and healthcare providers
• Supporting the school health office as needed

• Current New York State LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Pediatric, school nursing or community nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Dependable and professional
• Comfortable working independently in a school environment
• Ability to complete required school district and Excel Staffing credentialing

This position is per diem and as needed
, so there are no guaranteed weekly hours. Coverage opportunities may become available for planned vacations as well as unexpected sick calls and other absences.
