Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Dialysis RN for travel / contract position in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:

Range $2200 to $2320 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Dialysis

Shift timings: 8 Hours;
Days, 8.15 am - 4.45 pm

Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri of each week. No weekends, No Call. No RTO allowed during the initial contract term

• Registered Nurse: 1+ years
  - Required
• Dialysis Nursing experience:
  
  Recent/Current 1+ years – Required
• Recent/current Geriatric patient population experience
  - Required
• NXState Dialysis Machine experience
  - Required
• CNN or CDN Certification
  - Preferred
• Crown Web EMR experience – Highly preferred
• Prior Travel Nursing experience –Highly preferred

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of NY
  - Required
• BLS Certifications from AHA
  - Required
• CNN or CDN Certification
  - Preferred
• Copy of active/valid driver's license
  - Required

• Provide nursing care for dialysis patients
• Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and dedicatedNephrologists
• Collects and records relevant patient health data in the courseof/pre/post hemodialysis treatment
• Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions toattain expected outcomes
• Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
• Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures and reschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude to all patients and colleagues
• Medication administration and documentation
