** to serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the interdisciplinary hospice care team, supporting the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care in
** North west Broward county.

** What you'll do:
** As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will
* ** Collaborate
* * with the Care Team Manager to coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions.
* ** Provide leadership
** in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and initiatives.
* ** Conduct supervisory visits
** and participate in other quality and compliance activities as assigned.
* ** Serve as a first-line clinical resource
** for nursing staff and hospice aides, offering guidance, consultation, and support.

** What You'll Need
*** Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
* Current Basic Life Support Certification.
* Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.
* One year of supervisory experience is a plus
* Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
* Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
