MJHS Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our after-hours on-call team in New York. You will respond to urgent visits, coordinate with the call center triage and on-call manager, and implement plans of care for life-limiting conditions.
You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor symptoms, and participate in end-of-life care planning. NYS RN license required; CHPN within one year preferred.
