Location: Town of Florida
Suncoast Hospice in Pinellas County is seeking an RN Case Manager to provide compassionate end-of-life care on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage. The role covers a home and facility patient-care territory within Pinellas County.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved nursing program with a Florida RN license, at least one year of acute-care experience, and preferred hospice experience. A valid Florida driver’s license is required for travel between facilities.
