Location: City of Olean
Kaleida Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the VNA in Olean, NY. The role coordinates the Plan of Care under an RN supervisor and supports patient care in home/hospital settings. You must hold an NYS LPN license and an AAS in Licensed Practical Nursing, with a valid NYS driver's license.
Experience in acute medical/surgical nursing is preferred. The position requires on-site work with weekend/holiday coverage and on-call rotation, with hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
