Ambulatory Women’s Health Nurse: Care & Coordination

NYU Langone Health is seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse for the Women’s Health clinic in Garden City. The role involves coordinating and evaluating nursing practice, implementing clinical policies, and contributing to quality improvement efforts.

You will work with licensed providers to create patient-centered plans of care, provide education, and support care coordination within a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates are NYS-licensed RNs with a nursing degree and ambulatory care
