Advanced Nursing Concepts is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to assess patients, create and update care plans, and deliver in-home nursing care. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians, and ensure timely updates every 60 days.
The role requires travel between patient homes and office sites within the service area, with a PRN schedule of 2–3 days per week, typically 7:00 am–4:00 pm, and W-2 employment. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.60 per mile.
