Fresenius Medical Care seeks an LPN/LVN to join its Home Therapy team in Troy, NY. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer meds, and help train patients for home dialysis while maintaining accurate records.
Travel to facilities within the community and participation in ongoing education are required. A valid LPN/LVN license, CPR, and prior nursing experience are preferred.
