Location: Town of Guilford
Position Overview
A great group on Long Island in Suffolk County is seeking multiple WHNP/FNPs or PAs to join their team for an outpatient Women's Health focused Primary Care opportunity!
Role Details- Board certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Full‑time; 40 hours per week, 4‑ or 5‑day work week with 2 Saturdays a month and one 11 a.m.–7 p.m. night per week
- Approximately 12‑16 patient visits per day
- 100% outpatient setting
- No on‑call duties
- Choose from two locations in Suffolk
- New graduates considered; experience is a plus
Duties include providing comprehensive reproductive health care and health histories (including obstetric, gynecologic, contraceptive, medical, surgical, sexual) and family health services of all ages within the community.
Qualifications- Board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- FNPs welcome to apply
- Experience preferred but new graduates will be considered
- Competitive salary starting at $123,000, dependent on experience, with three incentive programs available
