Empath Health's Tidewell Hospice in Florida is seeking a graduate of an approved nursing program with a Florida LPN license to provide continuous bedside care on an overnight shift (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) under an RN case manager.
You will perform prescribed care, monitor patient changes, assist with comfort measures, report needs, and support families during 1:1 patient care with weekend coverage; mileage reimbursement is provided.
