Infusion RN - Home Health Education

Catholic Health Home Care is hiring an Infusion RN to deliver and coordinate home health infusion therapy in the Farmingdale area. You will develop and update care plans with physicians, patients, and caregivers, and educate families on treatment and health management.

The role requires a New York State RN license, at least one year of hands-on RN experience, Basic Life Support, and a valid NY driver’s license with reliable transportation; excellent collaboration is essential.
