The RN will deliver professional nursing care per physician plans to support patients and their families, assess needs, plan and document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
The role includes coordinating discharge planning, providing patient education, and ensuring safe, quality care on the inpatient psychiatry unit.
