What You'll Do:Provide high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients according to patients plan of care
Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines
Serve as a patient advocate, communicating with physicians, clinical managers, and RNs

Active LPN license in Florida
Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
Minimum 1 year nursing experience required;
Home Health experience is a plusIV certification preferred
